Description
Here he is, in all his glory. I decided to thin out the neck. As much as I love bulky dinosaurs, there isn't much in the skeleton to support that thick of a neck. Colouration is very loosely based on the brown pelican.

just imagine you're in a boat rowing down a river and this thing just comes up out of the water. its sail and then its head. griping a car-sized fish in it mouth. it swims along site you for a short time before heading off to devour its prey.
