What happened to the Songhua river mammoth?

It used to be a contender for the largest land mammal going with a mounted skeleton at the Ibaraki Nature museum apparently reaching 30 feet long and 17 feet tall, but that record seems to now be taken by Palaeoloxodon namadicus which which is confusing because most size estimates I've seen for P. namadicus place it around 22 feet long and 16 feet tall. Also, Wikipedia says the Songhua river mammoth belongs to the steppe mammoth species but the largest Steppe mammoth mentioned is only 14 feet tall. What's up with that? Was the Japanese giant cancelled?

What’s up with Jurassic World Evolution 2? Why are there two of them? The first game didn’t even come out that long ago. Could they not have fixed any issues with a patch or expansion pack? Why make a whole new game?
